If a certificate is not available
Confirm that you have completed the relevant course or activity requirements. Certificate availability and any applicable CPD hours depend on the specific activity; a free account or membership alone does not establish completion.
Contact us through the website chat bubble with your account email, the course or activity title and what you can see under Certificates. We can check the applicable completion and certificate requirements.
Use the activity’s own information for its CPD details and follow your CPD Home’s recording requirements.
