- Check Current plan, Status, Membership started and Access until.
The site offers 3-, 6- and 12-month membership options. Check the current options and prices shown on the website before purchasing or changing a plan.
After a recent purchase or change
Choose Refresh membership. Make sure you are using the email linked to your membership. If access still does not match your purchase, contact us before paying again.
What to include in an access enquiry
Share your account email, the course or lesson link and the problem you see. If relevant, include the order reference from your receipt. Do not send card numbers or passwords.
Free-course access and paid membership access are different. An expired paid plan does not mean every resource on the site is unavailable; you can still explore the published free learning options.
